ITS NOT AN ILLUSION, are eyes play tricks on us easily. It would be an " Illusion " but its just our eyes. I would always stare into a picture and they would move as if it was a movie but very very still and slow, are eyes want us to believe that it is moving but your mind does the moving for it.
i felt some strange feeling that i HAD to stare and it scared me but i had to look after a few minutes i saw her face changing, like it was moving to me and back. I didn't even felt the urge to blink.. this is so weird and scary XD
