@LiamC123321 oh, i guess the fire would be cause by the extreme heat or there probebly will be some kind of volatile substance which can catch fire. I dont really know, im just guessing!
@aerocrasher I think what griffy means is why does this film show a fire once the plane had crashed, even though it had run out of fuel.
@Cerberus957 yep, thats right but the most common master caution at takeoff is the takeoff warning alarm. And yes you are also right, it was because of the pressurizer. The pressurizer alarm is rare though.
@griffy1988 Well actually I think the Master Caution can be more than fire so maybe it was because of the Pressurizer (Please mind my English) and thats also why the Alarm for unprepared takeoff also came on.
@griffy1988 To my knowledge there wasnt a fire or overheating, the pilot misheard the alarm, they thought they heard the master caution for overheating but it was acually the oxegyen thing. I cant really remember what happened in the avianca one, i think it ran out of fuel due to ATC and crashed somewhere. I dont know if there was a fire.
if the plane run out of fuel why was there fire? i dont want to sound stupid, its just the avianca crash back in 1990 run out of fuel and din't explode for this reason??
